Job Description

DC Holdings & Investmenst,LLC is currently actively looking for dynamic individual(s) to work as a Mortgage Loan Originator/Credit Specialist. As an affiliate of One Nation Financial, one of Michigan's largest wholesale lenders, our team of represents deal with a wide range of mortgage products. Due to this we ask that our loan originators be familiar with the mortgage industry and the loans process. The work we do helps people transform their lives, and that's why we select the highest caliber candidates.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwritting and general guidelines.
  • Use outside sales skills and personal drive to provide new/existing clients with profitable residential mortgages and home equity loans.
  • Establish relationships with realtors, builders and new home buyers.
  • Take applicant applications by completing online Fannie Mae form 1003.
  • Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in the time frames set by management.
  • Manage pipeline for all originated loans through closing and complete required management reports.
  • Communicate with branches and/or applicants of providing timely updates and progress reports.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service while managing each applicant's and support staff's expectations.
  • Attend Closing(s).

 

Skill Requirements

  • Ability to problem-solve, exercise independent judgement, and display a high degree of initiative.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Proven computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory. Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new task(s).
